Located in Gudauri, Gudauri Lodge features a ski-in ski-out accommodations and ski pass sales point. This hotel has a sun terrace with outdoor furniture and indoor swimming pool. Guests can benefit from a spa and wellness center on site, relax in sauna and steam rooms. Free WiFi is available at the property and ATM machine is present. evening entertainment and a 24-hour front desk.

+: Beautiful location, view and facilities. We had a child with us the accommodated with no extra charge.
-: We were in the duplex suite, one of the bedrooms has no ventilation or AC, it was very hot we had to sleep downstairs on a sofa. This bedroom had no view as it had no windows

+: The staff were exceptional and very friendly. Thus far we have been to 4 different hotels across Georgia and I cannot stress this enough, the staff were super welcoming and by far the best I have encountered during my stay in Georgia, especially the Guest Relation Manager, Tamar. She was truly great & exceptional. I do not usually do reviews here nor was I asked to do one by the Hotel, I am just giving credit where credit is due.
-: I would love to see more variety in the breakfast options as well as improving the eggs and how they're cooked. I think there is room for improvement in this department. Also, the slippers provided aren't that high quality but its not a really big deal at all. I would definitely pick this hotel whenever I come back to Gudauri.

+: Great customer service. Super Clean and hygiene. Nice decor, and amazing view from restaurant terrace Thanks to Tamari and the team for their hospitality.
-: Swimming pool heater was not turned on in the evening even though the pool is open till midnight so we were not able to swim as water is cold. No exhaust fan or AC which something to be considered.

-: الفندق غير مناسب للسكن خلال فصل الصيف الغرف حارة ليلا ونباح الكلاب كان مزعج جدا طوال الليل إلا إذا قام الفندق باضافة مكيفات للغرف أتوقع خلال الشتاء سوف يكون رائع من حيث الموقع والنظافه وقرب الانشطة المتنوعه من موقع الفندق The hotel is not suitable for living during the summer. The rooms are hot at night and the dogs barking was very annoying all night long. I expect during the winter it will be wonderful in terms of location, cleanliness and the proximity of various activities to the hotel’s location.
