+: hotel Prometheus and Tskhaltubo itself are amazing, I was nicely impressed, especially with meals - range of various dishes was amazing and everything was incredibly delicious! I would come back again :)

-: room lightning was too cold as for me, like in a hospital. I would replace it with something warmer to match cozy atmosphere of the hotel!

-: Bija pasūtīts numurs ar 2 atsevišķām gultām, bet saņēmām atslēgas no numura ar vienu divguļamo gultu. Kad lūdzām, ka vēlamies numuru, kādu pasūtījām, administratore atbildēja, ka viņai neesot darbinieku, ka neko nevarot darīt. Izrādījām izbrīnu un vieglu sašutumu, tad tomēr gultas tika atdalītas un saklātas tā, lai būtu divas atsevišķas guļvietas. Viesnīcā nebija atļauts apmeklēt restorānu, laikam bija rezervēts kādai citai viesu grupai. Dodoties prom, pēc atslēgu atdošanas bija jāgaida ~10 min, kamēr tika pārbaudīts numuriņš, kurā nakšņojām - sajutāmies kā neuzticami bērni, kuri jāpārbauda. Sajūta, ka svarīgākais nav klients, bet gan darbinieki. Viesnīca tika reklamēta kā Spa centrs, bet mūsu apmeklējuma laikā netika piedāvāts neviens pakalpojums. Ap viesnīcu noritēja remontdarbi, bija trokšņaini un putekļaini. Strūklakas viesnīcas priekšā nedarbojās. Viesnīca izskatījās nolaista, salīdzinājumā ar rezervācijā reklamēto.
