-: Will never recommend this hotel. The rooms are tiny, they never cleaned the rooms for days. We were compelled to use same bath towels for 4 days, had to take all the waste and dumb outside on daily basis. The worst part is they never provided a single bottle of drinking water. There is no cleaning staff. It was a horrific experience

+: The hotel management is very responsive with all the questions I have even pre-arrival including the arrangement for airport pickup and drop off. Once my husband arrived, he was accommodated very well and had a wonderful rest. The hotel is right next to a river with so many trees and birds so it was very relaxing for him especially it rained the first day! The hotel's location is very near the city center so it was a very pleasant walk. With 4 nights stay, the price is so affordable, such a value for money. Mr. Lasha and his staff were wonderful which made his trip even more enjoyable. TIP: Anything you need, just give reception a quick call and they will be happy to provide.
