-: Staff wasn’t helpful, the dinner was extremely bad. And when we told them, nobody was even bothered to come to our table, or do something about it.

+: Wonderful staff and a magnificent location! Upon our arrival the hotel very kindly upgraded us for free to a room with a mountain view, which was fantastic! We absolutely loved it! Though the rooms themselves are fairly simple, it is well-equipped with everything you'd see in a hotel; the overall decor and the aesthetics of the place however are very cottage core, and competes with the view outside. Worth every penny spent, and highly recommend :)
-: The place is a bit secluded - though that is definitely part of its charm - so you'll not have options of eating anywhere else. But the hotel will help you make arrangements for a cab at very reasonable prices, so definitely encourage you to take it up! Also, speaking as a South Asian, the toilets in the room lack a bidet, so you'd have to make do with tissues (iykyk) 😛

+: The room is cozy and great decorations. The owner offers the swimming pool and billards. Plus, the balcony gives us a view panorama.
-: 1. There were some flies when we were dining. However there was no candle or anything to keep them away.2. Our room is in the third floor without elevator. The staff said they would help us to lift the baggage. But while I was lifting my luggage, the staff, even the male staff, they were just looking and didn’t offer any help.(FYI :I was with my mom and I’m a small aisan woman)3. Inside the room, there is a step where people might fall over. However they used the same color on two layers which made it more likely to fall over.

+: Die Außenanlage ist ein Traum. Sehr schöner Garten mit Pool - ein wahres Idyll, das zum Verweilen einlädt.Auch das Personal ist sehr bemüht und äußerst freundlich. Wir haben ein Upgrade erhalten, das Zimmer war riesig. Auch ein late Checkout wurde ermöglicht. Der rote Hauswein schmeckt sehr gut. Das Frühstück war üppig und lecker!Wäre ich noch mal in der Gegend, würde ich wieder buchen!
-: Der Weinkeller befindet sich gerade im Umbau, weshalb wir diesen leider nicht besichtigen konnten, schade. Allerdings wurde uns eine Tour durch den alten Weinkeller angeboten, der inzwischen als Frühstücksraum fungiert.Das Restaurant ist durchschnittlich. Man sitzt zwar sehr schön, die Speisen waren geschmacklich aber durchwachsen. Der Service abends im Restaurant war zwar freundlich, manchmal aber etwas unbeholfen.Die Innenräume des Hotels sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen - eine Renovierung der Zimmer (Austausch Teppichböden, Entfernung Schimmel Badezimmer) wäre angemessen.
