-: Staff need training. We ordered coffee - enquired after 15 min when we could expect. They were waiting for someone who knew how to operate the machine.

+: The view from the panorama room was amazing. This made everything worth it. I think it has the best view in Kazbegi. The terrace has an amazing view too. They have free parking.
-: The room was very dirty, they made us wait half an hour to check in even though we arrived at 16:30. The room was still dirty, dirty glasses and cups, the floor was dirty and not vacuumed. I asked them next day to clean the room properly, but still they haven’t vacuumed the room or change the glasses and towels. The rooms are super noisy, the walls are very thin. In the room, we got the food smell at night. The breakfast was very limited.
