+: Breakfast was quite nice! But consider that it's not in the hotel building, but requires 2-3 minutes walk. Room is comfortable; mini-fridge and TV present. Balcony allows to enjoy the sea view.

-: It was my first trip to Kobuleti and to the near-sea-hotel, so maybe it's normal, but - it felt extremely hot in the room. And even half an hour of A\C set on 19 degrees - the temperature went back in a few minutes. I don't know why - but it is what it is. The Internet (2\4 days) was just horrible - I had a few Zoom calls and I got endless 'Your Internet connection is unstable' warnings. Other resources, such as Twitch, YouTube, Telegram, worked just as bad - on all devices. But, other two days - it was OK. Don't know what it was, but consider purchasing some Internet traffic from your cellular provider and use your phone as a hotspot. There are a lot of (homeless?) dogs near the beach in general, and near the restaurant where the breakfast is served in particular. I was OK with it, but someone afraid of dogs is definitely gonna skip their breakfast. Only the last day I was told that if I want to get a room service - I must leave the key at the reception. It would be great to find it out sooner!
