-: We get room without window, and it was besides I don’t know what was near, but ir looks like there was local falimies lives there and the womans make laundry, all doors open we was lost is it hotel or guest house or somebody’s house.

+: We had no breakfast, since there are very tasty and nice cafes very close to the hotel. Actually the hotel is right in the middle of the very center of Kutaisi.

+: Location - very near to the center . Very nice and unique decor . Good for budget travellers .
-: Very small signage which makes it difficult to locate but. Google maps was accurate . Too many stairs to climb since it was somebody’s house . No water was provided in the room which was inconvenient as we checked in at 11 pm at night . Bed was creaky
