-: There are builders in front, that is annoying. Uphill hotel, so be ready for that. The shortest street to go to the hotel is in the construction, so it is smelly. But hotel is calm and cool

+: Staff was very attentive and helpful. We stayed 3 nights and it was definitely excellent for the value! When we wanted to buy water for the airport, it was not an issue for the staff who kindly gave us water for the road (cannot say same thing about other hotels we stayed where water was complimentary only once). Room was quite spacious aswell and great location.

-: One of the worst experiences I've ever had in a hotel! We stayed for 3 nights, we were a group of 6 people with 3 rooms - the service of the staff was terrible, inconsiderate and unkind, they didn't change our towels, they didn't fill us with toilet paper - we had to go down to the reception to ask for rolls of toilet paper! The rooms are "renovated" but not really, the showers are very outdated, some of the doors close on the sink, meaning you can't brush your teeth with the door open, there was a leak from the wall in the bathtub and everything dripped on the floor and we had to dry it with our towels because we couldn't step in the bathtub But they didn't bring us new towels either! The soap and shampoo they put in the showers was in containers of Dove soap but they were all bright orange - so it wasn't Dove. Why lie to guests? Not a good experience, do not recommend at all. Neither the hotel nor the location.

And the basic level of cleanliness is questionable with a permanent weird smell Upon our arrival, we got a room with a broken toilet seat Sad and very minimal breakfast We came as a group of three couples with the same room order and everyone got a different room, with a different room size, floor, and balcony
