+: Unfortunately, what happened to us at the hotel ruined all the positive aspects. I told the hotel manager Nina that I would contact Booking and I would complain about them. Nina replied that it makes no difference to her as the manager of the hotel.

-: Unfortunately, hotel managers behaved really badly towards us when we raised the issue of a mismatch between the room we booked and what we received: 1. False promises to transfer our problem to more senior managers. Even after a number of our requests to the reception. Lisa and Nina. 2. The manifestation of aggression towards us at the reception desk, passive, but still not pleasant. For no reason nor with this, during the conversation, a man of athletic physique stood behind me, as it turned out later it was a security guard. 3. In our presence at the reception when we turned to find out about our problem, hotel managers spoke to each other in a language we did not know (Georgian) demonstratively and they even laughed among themselves. The most important thing is that we received an answer that they cannot help us because we made a reservation through Booking, therefore we have to contact Booking because the hotel management is not responsible for what is written about the hotel on the Booking website. At night when we arrived at the hotel, a hotel manager offered us to cancel a reservation free of charge and go with our small children to look for another hotel at night in the winter. Therefore, take this into account if you book a hotel through Booking.
