-: When we arrived at the hotel, we found out that the swimming pool, despite being active on the booking website, was not functional and we could not use it.When we complained about it, they said that we would receive 20% compensation in cash, because, they did not want to involve booking.com in this case. at the end of our stay, when we were checking out of the hotel, they refused to give us compensation, unless we rated them 5 stars. They asked us to review them in front of them, so they could see it. When we refused to rate them 5 stars, they not only refused us thecompensation, but further continued to verbally assault us, call us spies that were sent in on purpose by booking.com to write bad reviews. We are disgusted by the conditions of this hotel and by the actions of the staff. I want not only, full refund for this, but further disciplinary actions towards this hotel, so no more customers will be assaulted and lied to like we were.

+: L'hôtel est situé directement sur une plage de sable, il y a une très belle piscine, le petit déjeuner est excellent avec beaucoup de choix. Le personnel est très aimable et disponible. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

-: Idéalement il faut une voiture ou un taxi pour aller en ville.
