+: Attention to detail in making the compact place strikingly beautiful..Kitchen is fully stacked with all utensils..

-: There should be lighting in the staircase at night..Hot Water pressure in the bathrooms is a bit less.. If both are being used together, the bathroom on the top floor has almost nil pressure

+: Amazing new apartment, duplex with 2 king beds. Nice washroom and kitchen. View is amazing and it is very central

-: Parking was a problem, even though it was mentioned that free parking is available. It is not easy to find free parking during the day, easier in the morning and evening

-: Few kitchen amenities would be nice to add. But that is minor in comparison to the whole experience.

+: The property is located in the touristic center of Tbilisi, from there you can easily reach all the touristic attractions and plenty of restaurants and markets. The double storey apartment is located on the third floor of the house. The first room downstairs has a balcony with amazing views on the city. Second floor is ensuite bedroom. The apartment is clean and has authentic interior.

-: The roof of the room upstairs isn’t soundproof. The check in should be within the working hours, which is quite stressful for those who arrive late, etc. Our plane landed later than expected and we were driving from the other city, and it was a bit stressful to drive and answering text messages of the host writing to us.
