+: Очень гостеприимный персонал, прекрасный вид из номеров, приятный сюрприз - вино и фрукты в номерах. Если еще раз посетим Тбилиси, то остановимся именно тут.

+: Отель удачно расположен, все очень близко, очень порадовал персонал (приехали очень поздно) все оформили быстро и с улыбкой, сразу посоветовали куда сходить поужинать в 12 часов ночи. Номера большие, уютные, чистые. Есть парковка, что очень порадовало, т.к. путешествовали на машине. Завтрак хороший.

+: Вид с балкона!!!! Красотища!!! Стоит этих денег! Месторасположение! Близко к серным баням))), к канатной дороге. Метро тоже близко. Есть собственная стоянка. -: Всё понравилось)))

+: Расположение недалеко от центра, отличный вид из окна, чистота в номере, отзывчивый персонал. -: Отсутствие в номере фена, плечиков в шкафу (попросила отдельно, принесли), нет халата, крайне скудный завтрак. Второй раз не остановлюсь.

+: Прекрасный персонал,помогали по любому вопросу , шикарный вид на город, удобные кровати, очень порадовала терасса для завтраков -: Мебель на балконе давно пора заменить, рваные стулья и стол с ржавыми разводами. В душевой кабине очень не хватает двери, вода потом по всей ванной

+: Расположение хорошее - старый город, на берегу реки с видом на старый город - красиво. завтрак на террасе с роскошным видом на город , но не гостиницу. -: К сожалению почти все. Заказ номера, написал в пожеланиях с балконом никто не вернулся и не объяснил что надо было выбрать. за то про трансфер написали. Поэтому по приезду ругались и на 3 день дали номер, По приезду при входе на белых колонах грязь. В первом номере проблемы со сливным бочком, на стенах обои порваны, тюль в грязных пятнах, мусорное ведро открывается только рукой, батарейки в пульте кондиционера не работают 3 дня просили исправить так и переехали. Потолок видим протекал и его просто закрасили В новом номере те же проблемы с обоями - видимо переклеили и снова порвал кто-то. В ванной была паутина потолке 2 дня просили убрать - убрали. Стекло что разделяла душ с туалетом протекала с низу- после душа к унитазу по воде, Сам душ не прикреплен к стене - хорошо не упал. матрас с боку просел надо было спать в середине каждый поворот и ска Read more
