+: Het personeel is supervriendelijk en behulpzaam. Vooral de receptioniste was heel behulpzaam en heel vriendelijk. Ze sprak perfect Engels. De gevaagde parking was ok en de motor kon geplaatst worden op de beveiligde parking.

-: Het restaurant was gesloten, maar ondanks dat hebben ze voor mij toch nog eten voorzien.

+: Der einzige Pluspunkt war der große und saubere Pool, den wir auch für uns alleine hatten.

-: Eine völlig überforderte Rezeption, die kein Wort Englisch konnte. Abgewohnte Zimmer. Das Hotel im Sowjet-Stiel. Völlig liebloses Frühstück. Unmotiviertes Personal. Grausam!

+: Habitacion muy amplia con vistas al mar. Buen sitio para descansar. Amplia piscina y tumbonas para ver la puesta del sol. Es un lugar bastante tranquilo.

-: Al hotel le falta un poco de mantenimiento en algunas areas, pero esta todo mas que aceptable.

+: Top Lage, Café mit gutem Essen und sehr bemühtem Personal, Zimmer groß mit Meerblick.

-: In dem großen Hotel waren nur zwei Zimmer belegt, Zimmer könnten einen neuen Teppichboden vertragen, Hotel wirkt verlassen und an ein paar Ecken renovierungsbedürftig, wohl Vorsaison. Leider war der Pool nicht gereinigt und konnte nicht benutzt werden. Dies war bei Booking.com nicht vermerkt. Gewünschte Rechnung wurde nicht wie versprochen bis zum Abreisetermin bereitgelegt.

+: Wonderful location with the nicest view at the mouth of the River Small Enguri as well as at the Black Sea. Calm, safe, greenery and clean place. Very friendly and hospitable staff. Delicious and full breakfast. Clean, well-furnished, spacy rooms. Lovely balcony. Wonderful top-terrace is the great place to sit and enjoy sunsets.

-: Unfortunately, weather was not warm enough to swim in the open pool. Nothing else to complain about.
