+: Great location. Small, cozy and clean hotel. They even provide toothbrushes (rare for 3 star hotel). Comfortable beds, good wi-fi👍 Breakfast is good and includes in the price.

-: This hotel doesn’t have a lift, so disabled people with special needs should probably consider to stay in another hotel. Breakfast starts at 09:00. It would be better if it would start at 08:00.

+: - the location is perfect, away from the noises of the boulevard side and walking distance from all the places i wanted to see - bolt can take you anywhere in the city from that hotel only for 6-10 GEL because it is located in the middle of the city- the room was decent size perfect for one or two people and the bathroom perfect - they offered amenities (tooth brush, towels, flip flops...) - the bed was clean and smells good - the wifi is good

-: - the breakfast timings are from 9-11, i didn't have the chance to try it because i either wake up after 11 or i go out of my room before 9 i would love it if they change the breakfast timings to 7-11 or at least 8-11

+: الموقع رائع نستطيع الذهاب لجميع الفعاليات سير على الاقدام وبجوار حديقة 6 مايو الرائعه وبجواره بقالة ومحل فطائر والكثير من المقاهي كما يحتوى على تراس ذو اطلاله رائعه وطاقم العمل ودود ومتعاون

-: الغرف صغيره ولايحتوي على مصعد يساعد للصعود للغرف في الدور الثاني والثالث
