+: Nice view to the beach, ping pong and table games. Nice balcony. The owner and the staff do not speak English, only Russian or Georgian. On the room was fridge which is good.

-: Breakfast costs 10 lari per person and it is not typical hotel breakfast, you will get only bread, slice of ham, teacoffee and three pancakes. It is not worthy of the cost, if you go to the market you will eat better food for decreased cost.The beach is not fully clean.
