+: الغرفة حلوة لكن الشباك مايفتح بطريقة عادية يفتح من فوق فقط والحمام فيه شطاف والمطعم الايطالي حلو

-: لا يوجد رسبشن راقي ولا يوجد كافيه فندق يفتقر الى ابسط الامور والممرات جدا سيئة لا تتناسب مع فندق خمس نجوم وغير مكيفة والمسبح جدا عادي نصيحة احجزوا في فندق بلتمور ارقى وافضل

+: Very nice and comfortable hotel with magnificent view from our room which was a Premium room with panoramic view situated on the 11th floor.Metro station and buses facilities near by. Great staff especially Anuki at the front desk who was very professional and helpful. Thank you so much for the great stay!
