-: No pots or pans , pointless having a stove .They need to consider investing more time in a tourism desk at the hotel. You are receiving international guests all the time make an effort to communicate in English if possible

+: The location is central ,the room was spacious ,old but renovated with a historic touch .The backbone of the whole hotel was Ilia , a young man of the hotel staff who spoke English fluently.He was extremely helpful ,friendly ,professional and patient .We extend our gratitude to Ilia for such an amazing stay.

-: Ilia helped us with the bags ,otherwise there was no one to help.

+: Amazing staff, very accommodating and kind. The hotel had a lovely atmosphere and seemed well maintained. Overall interior was also lovely!

+: Konum olarak güzel yerde. Oda temiz ve yatak oldukça rahat.

-: Balkonlu odayı cadde manzaralı olarak seçmişti fakat inşaat manzaralıydı ve değiştirilmedi. Havluları alıp yerine yenisini bırakmamaları beni mağdur etti. Kahve makinası var ama bence bozuk. Asansör korkutucu fakat idare edilir. Şehrin tam merkezinde fakat bazı turistik yerlere yürüyerek ulaşım mümkün değil.
