+: Mountain view (if you get it) is wonderful, although spoilt by chaotic building practices
-: With the exception of reception, which was adequate, everything else was a disaster. Restaurant requires a separate zero stars for service and quality of food, both completely abysmal and worthy of the continuation of the Fawlty Towers series. Blue cheese salad without blue cheese, incernerated pork, forgotten dishes, totally clueless staff. To complete the picture, dirty interior pool, towels left behind on every lounger. Nobody cares. The worst hotel of all the hotels regardless of star rating in my memory.

+: The only one thing I liked in this hotel was manager : Irma Dvali and her warm welcoming
-: The hotel was empty and there were many empty rooms but they gave us the room near the Electricity Generator and it started working at 5-6 am and ended at 7:10 am. During this hour we didn’t sleep. And in the morning when we went for check-out on reception they even wasn’t sorry about this and started explaining that it happens. We payed about 355 Gel and near the Tbilisi there are many hotels that offer much more higher experience for less price.
