+: Super fancy hotel that is a bit old fashion but excactly this is the charme we liked. the pool was clean and big enough for our kids to play. the breakfast was ok, so was the dinner- good, enough, but not too much of a choice. beds very very comfortable and rooms are very big.

-: wifi is very slow and kitchen is just a microwave and a water heater without any folks, bowls, places etc. the hotel is a 10.minutes drive from.the center which is quite ok if you have a car.

+: Fabulous location, Sno had amazing views and the village was idyllic. Staff were so friendly and helpful.Peaceful.

-: Would prefer Georgian music during meals rather than English. Could the meals in the silver heaters have a flame underneath to keep the food hot?Everything else perfect.

+: Mondäne Eingangshalle, das Zimmer selbst hatte jedoch einen verstaubten Charme. Das Badezimmer war großzügig und modern eingerichtet. Insgesamt sind die Zimmer gepflegt und sauber. Das Frühstück war o.k. Unbedingt empfehlenswert ist ein Besuch der kleinen Kapelle vor dem Hotel.

-: Am Tag unserer Ankunft gab es kein Abendessen im Hotel, nicht einmal ein Snack war zu erwerben. Das nächste Restaurant ist einige km weit entfernt. Das Internet ist eine Katastrophe.

+: On peut être surpris de voir une église, des moines et des chiens à l'entrée de l'hôtel mais une fois la porte passée, on découvre un hall impressionnant. Nous avons pu profiter d'une très belle suite familiale. La piscine d'eau chaude (31°C). Bon buffet également levsoir pour un prix très compétitif.

-: Les tapis en général seraient à nettoyerchanger.

+: This hotel is strait out of a Wes Anderson film! Beautiful location, very clean, nice hotel. Very nice and helpful staff. We've been upgraded for free to the two biggest suite and they were just fantastic! We really enjoyed our stay!
