+: Położenie hotelu - rewelacja - wyjście bezpośrednio na promenadę i tuż za nią plaża i morze. Dookoła sporo zieleni, drzew, dużo miejsca z placem zabaw, miejscem do wypoczynku typu hamaki. Wygląd zewnętrzny hotelu akceptowalny. Od strony zachodniej cisza i spokój - I piętro. Mogliśmy zamienić pokój z parteru na I piętro.

-: Chyba to mentalność Gruzinów - brak dokładności w wykończeniach, brak estetyki. Łazienka mimo, że w miarę ładne płytki, to pozostałe dodatki - krany, wc w opłakanym stanie. Drzwi zacinają się, są w nich szczeliny.
