+: The upper floor room was on 4th floor No 44 with breathtaking view on mountains on one side and on the sea on another side (with no elevator). The room was clean, new, bright with a refrigerator and air conditioning. One day my relative who stay in another room had an issue with aircon, that fortunately was solved by the owner on the same day. We could use kitchen and washing machine freely. +: The accommodation is well kept and fully equipped. Qite close to the beach, yet distant from Batumi center. Top-floor rooms give perfect view.
-: Well, out room was on the 4th floor. Not a big deal, but we came to know that only when we checked in. Of course, no elevator. Keep it in mind whan booking.
