+: The room is big, clean and the access to most of the Batumi is easy.

-: The Staff is a big disappointment. Have been called at 3 am at night from the reception on the 4th day.2 foreigner men entered my room at 8 am the last day when I was sleeping. The reception gave our room keys to another guest to stay in the same room.I asked for a invoice, was told that "Booking" is issuing the Invoice (I stay over 150 nights a year in hotels, was never the case). Argued about. I asked Booking Help Centre and of course I was right. The Hotel had to issue the Invoice. Wonder if the Hotel never issued a Invoice in the past? Half of the staff does not speak English.

+: Exceptionally friendly staff, granted upgrade to seaview and allowed me late checkout beyond standard time. Thank you Tangerine hotel staff! Room is spacious, clean and comfortable with all amenities needed.

+: "Müthiş" diye reklamı yapılan kahvaltı vasat altıydı. Yumurta tercihimizi bile kurallara aykırı olduğu gerekçesiyle kabul etmediler. Ayrıca kahvaltıda sadece bir kupa içecek hakkınız var. İkinci çayı almak istediğinizde ücretini alıyorlar.

-: Check-out sırasında hırsız muamelesi gördük! Odamıza zaten hiç konulmamış dandik bir su bardağı ve ne için kullanıldığını bile bilmediğimiz bir kaşık için bizden ücret talep ettiler. Bugüne kadar yüzlerce otelde kalmışızdır ilk defa böyle absürt bir olayla karşılaştık. Kesinlikle gitmeyin, olur da kazara yolunuz düşerse de odaya yerleşmeden mutlaka herşeyi kayıt altına alın.
