+: Good location in old town away from traffic and noise. The owner Luka was extremely welcoming and helpful for our 1st trip to Georgia. The hotel was clean an a great value.

+: Top-Lage, mitten in der Altstadt, trotzdem ruhig. Netter Besitzer, der gut Englisch spricht. Dachterrasse mit Rundblick. Aufzug.

-: Das Zimmer im 3. Stock wurde im Hochsommer so heiß, dass die Klimaanlage nicht dagegen ankam. Der Teppichboden verträgt eine Grundreinigung.
