+: Despite an issue with my reservation due to a delay in arrival, the staff were able to quickly resolve my issue and find a suitable solution.

-: Not being able to get a message to the hotel directly to advise them of a missed flight connection. Had I been able to do this, the issue on arrival would not have presented itself.
