+: Fantastic value for money, very clean and comfortable, in a good location just a short walk away from the nearest metro station and some shops, and I owe a special thank you to the staff for being so kind and helpful when I became very unwell with food poisoning halfway through my stay— very grateful for their helpadvice when I needed to seek out a pharmacy and whoever was on the front desk asked me how I was doing whenever I managed to make it out of my room. It can be quite scary getting ill in a country where you’ve never been to before and when you are travelling alone, but I felt safe and comfortable in the hotel until I was better enough to get back out. I also loved the resident hotel cats often snoozing away in the lobby, very sweet and friendly. When I first arrived at the hotel, the staff were very helpful in advising me how to get to the nearest metro station and kindly provided me with a metro card that I just needed to top up with cash at the station. It was quite hot and occasionally stormy when I was there and I was grateful for the aircon, which worked very well and kept me cool when I needed it.I’m sad that I missed out on doingseeing some things due to getting sick, but I can’t wait to come back to Tbilisi again one day and I will definitely be staying here again when I do.

+: התקשורת עם המלון לפני ההגעה הייתה טובה. זה היה טיול משפחתי, חגגנו יום הולדת לאבא והוא קיבל שדרוג לחדר, יין ושוקולדים על חשבון הבית. הצוות היה אדיב מאוד לאורך השהות, המלון מעוצב באווירה של מלון בוטיק, והארוחת בוקר צנועה אבל מאוד מאוד טובה ולא היה חסר לנו כלום
-: התניידנו עם מדריך ומוניות לכן לא הייתה בעיה, אבל המיקום עצמו לא כלכך מרכזי
