    +: The value for money ratio is ok. The beds are comfortable. Each room is equipped with an air conditioner and a kettle, while an ironing board is available in the corridor. Additionally, the hotel offers a washing machine as an extra service. The host is helpful, and the surrounding area is quiet.

    -: The room itself was very small; the bed took up three-quarters of the space, and the table was low and also small. The sink was leaking significantly, requiring us to manually block the water supply each time. The shower was positioned above the toilet without any partition. The lock was slightly jammed, making it difficult to retrieve the key and raising concerns about potential damage when turning it.
