-: בעיה במים החמים, ריח של סיגריות בחדרים, המצעים חיכו בארון ולא היו פרוסים.

+: На свою ціну -супер! До підйомників 10 метрів.

+: it was perfect for family with two rooms upsatirs and living area in ground floor

+: the owner was very kind and helpful we appreciate the help she helped with everything we need , but unfortunately the beds was very terrible is not comfortable at all , there's no pillows is just stuff for a sofa and you cant sleep on this things the owner said we have pillow for 6 people and we looked everywhere we don't find ! how hard to put really good pillow !! my wife have pain in her Nick from the bed so badly. and the owner make it our fault because we didn't find her missing pillows, bathroom smell so bad and disgusting. Heather was nearly working we was freezing . tv was so small i don't know why the owner for this villa is so stingy to put more bigger tv, she needs to change the sofa too is so dirty and she needs to change the bed and buy better pillows and clean cover she need to care more ! we was waiting for the check out time just to go out of this villa, and there's nothing close to this villa so far from supermarket and everything !! we asked the nearest hotel for a taxi and they was more helpful then this villa owner! not recommend for anyone note picture i upload is the pillow we sleep on it but actually is only air inside there's no pillows . we sent a video to the owner she don't even apologize to us for what happened to my wife she said we have pillow for 6 people and there's non all what we find is dirty disgusting stuff in the closet more of that the walls was having spider webs and this mean no one clean this villa absolutely not recommend for anyone ,

-: villa was having a kitchen we cooked our food but of course the materials for this villa owner need to change to better ones , about the villa we don't like absolutely anything everything old and need to change even the tv so small we didn't open because very small , villa owner said my villa is the best in bakuriani ! but this is a lie because is the most terrible villa ever !!! and she was very helpful to only we come and pay for this terrible villa we expected better but unfortunately no
