-: We stayed in this hotel 26-28 December, in this days in hotel were a lot of groups of childrens,students and we couldn't sleep 1 night because of terrific noise. It was terrible, there is not telephones in the rooms. At 2 a.m. my husband went to reception for this problem. The next day they sent us a plate of fruits, it's maybe for apologies, but they didn't say anything 🙊

+: Perfect location, close to the ski park. The staff was helpful.

-: The room has no renovation; we were given all the accessories for only one person, although it was booked for 2. We asked them to bring towels, slippers, and a bathrobe for 2, but they didn't. The breakfast was terrible, and wi-fi on the morning of the second day did not work at all for anyone; I don't know if they fixed it later since we moved out. On the plus side, we booked for three days but asked to cancel the reservation for the rest 2; the staff was helpful on this matter.
