+: It was clean, the cleaners were very polite.
-: The air-conditioning was not high, no matter what the staff told me to do. The building needs renovation. The bed was so hot, and the combination with the hot weather was not pleasant. Everybody was kind except one person on the staff, who if you asked something replied with nervousness and had an argumentative style which made me feel not welcome
