+: ms Svetlana did whatever she could do to assist us and help us enjoy our stay. Also the personnel at the restaurant was very helpful, polite and friendly.

-: -First room was very noisy due to a faulty balcony door. Ms Svetlana moved us to another room which had no problem with this. -In the 2nd room, first thing we saw was an army of ants in the fridge. We pointed out and it was cleaned, but the next day the ants were back. We were planning to buy some food and enjoy the balcony but we were extremely hesitant due to the ants which came back the 2nd day. So we asked to check out. Ms Svetlana offered another room, but we did not want to move rooms every day like nomads. -The 1st day we added All Inclusive and we (tried) to enjoy a drink at the bar (one rum and one gin). The alcohol tasted really bad but we said nothing. In the afternoon, my partner and I got again run and gin but vice versa to taste it. It was awful and based on our experience with these liquors I can guarantee what the hotel offered was not gin or rum. When I asked the barwoman, she told it's local gin and rum but as a Greek person coming from a city nearby I know for sure that there is not such thing. When I brought it up to ms Svetlana she confirmed that what is offered is not gin or rum but she could do nothing as this was management's decision. The manager was next to her, heard our feedback and said nothing. Shame to the person who decides to poison their customers with low quality alcohol which does not taste at all like gin or rum. It's needless to say that both my partner and I had issues with our stomach after consuming their products.
