+: Great place, close to the center but still good to relax - far from the noisy places. Thanks to Stathis for being helpful and nice during the whole staying!

+: The outside areas are the only nice thing about this place.
-: No info at arrival about wifi and how to work ac as no remote is available...its pre set temperature. Bathroom not clean, stool had 3 legs only, TV remote didn't work. To top it all up, after first morning we found room open after cleaning services and a sentimental personal champagne glass was taken from my room and was never given back to me. During our 5 night stay, first the cleaner admitted of taking it, then staff first said they found it, they asked me to go to the bar for it but wasn't there. Then, treating me like an idiot they brought me one of their cheap glasses from their bar pretending it was my glass. Long story short, after a lot of lying and I remianed without my glass... the staff never apologised for what they did, and neither tried to rectify their act! It was always useless to try and communicate with the management as the replies were only shoulder shrugs and more lies!

-: Se non avessi avuto fortuna nel trovare l'offerta giusta non sarei mai andato. Prezzo molto alto, donne delle pulizie molto invadenti.Scomodo senza macchina, come tutta Zante.
