    +: they told us last minute we couldn’t stay and when we got to the property it was in reconstruction

    -: didn’t get to stay there due to the last minute change of plans from the hotel company cancelling on us and tell us to stay somewhere else after travelling all the way to the hotel. they booked us another hotel but it was fair out of our way so we decided to rebook closer to where we were at the time. wouldn’t book there again

    +: Apartment we ended up staying was old, but OK. For 20€night you can't really compain.

    -: Alexandra Rooms was badly under construction and was welcoming no guests. So we were pointed to stay in another hotel in another city.

    +: Het beddengoed rook heerlijk

    -: Uiteindelijk kreeg ik niet de geboekte kamer in Malia, maar een kamer in Chersonissos die te vergelijken was met hetgeen ik had geboekt. Ook dus niet echt in op loopafstand van het strand in Malia.

    +: It was great value, nice clean rooms

    -: It wasn't prepared when I arrived and I was taken to another place which was different than advertised.. it was all good I didn't mind but a little inconvenient .. the mattress in room 9 needs to be changed
