+: Breakfast being brought to us every day was fantastic, location is perfect as it not in a busy area. The vila is wonderful and Stamatis was a fantastic host

+: The facilities were amazing. Modern and luxurious. The location was rear , once can see the ocean from the balcony , very safe and quite. 10 minutes away from Fira by car which was so convenient with family. The swimming pool was glorious with brilliant lighting . And most importantly Stam was a super and helpful host . He helped with all our car rental, taxi transfers, shopping and guides and recommendations of good locations on the island. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. So thankyou for making our stay a memorable family holiday.

+: The place is not new to me this is my second visit it a nice quite villa far away from all the noises of Fira

-: One problem only the villa I had is the master with three bedrooms but had only one bathroom which is bad for four people to queue in for using it

+: Everything! The villa was nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. It was very spacious, with plenty space for our family.The outside space in particular was excellent with lots of seating and lounging options. The pool was lovely and a great “cool down” option.The staff were amazing, with Stam in particular, doing everything to make our stay special. We simply could not fault them.Breakfast was also excellent and was always delivered with a smile.

-: Nothing, although would agree that hiring a car is sensible as Fira, the main town is about a 10 minute drive away and taxis are expensive, approximately €30 each way.

+: Lovely place, away from the mass tourism.Great and friendly staff. Beautiful villa!

-: All was perfect!Small recommendation: even though the breakfast was absolutely delicious I would suggest to replace the eggs once with pancakes or boiled eggs instead of scrambled egg omelets. I think that only applies for guests that stay a week (like us) or longer. Minor detail.
