+: The property is located in a good spot close to all to walk. No need a car unless you want to go to the beach and explore. The hotel was nice and comfortable. Might need few upgrades. The breakfast so of to good. The staff were all nice and respectful and accommodating.

+: The hotel was lovely, amazing view. The staff were very helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable.
-: We had a long day at a sports event and got back to the hotel and was hoping to have a snack and rest in the room but there were no amenities for this as the kitchen was closed. It was not very late and therefore we were surprised. The only other option was the restaurant which I'm sure would have been lovely but we decided to pick something up outside to eat on our balcony instead.

-: Parking situation no valet parking when they have events like weddings and hotel guests have to drive to opposite end of hotel to shuttle back. Not guest friendly and inconvenient!
