-: O quarto não acabado, box, sem caimento d’água alagando o banheiro, ar-condicionado pinga dentro do quarto, porta do banheiro em má condições, hotel sem infraestrutura em volta. A impressão que o hotel está inacabado. Valor extremamente alto para o que o hotel oferece.

+: Llegamos a la 1am y estaban atentos a nuestra llegada. El personal super amable; todos fueron muy amables y atentos. El desayuno delicioso. Como llegamos tan tarde, tuvieron la cortesía de llamarnos a la habitación para decirnos que la hora del desayuno estaba por terminar y que nos invitaban a pasar ya que se habían dado cuenta de que no habíamos ido. Que detallazo!
