+: The customer service was excellent. The upgrade to a Superior Suite was wonderful and the breakfast too. The reception staff (Maaike) was excellent at communicating before our arrival. No question was too much.
-: The road opposite the terrace meant the views and gardens weren’t as good as they might have been (noise and fumes) but it didn’t affect our sleep and if I stayed again, would be happy with the same room.
