+: Jó az elhelyezkedése, közel van a parthoz. A medence kellemes és tiszta volt, bár csak este 7 óráig vehető igénybe.
-: A szobák felszereltsége nagyon gyenge, régi bútorok, rossz, ütött ajtók és ajtózárak, repedezett falak, mocskos légkondicionáló berendezés, amiért ráadásul felárat kértek, pedig ez a foglalásunkban úgy szerepelt, hogy benne van. Különben csak az egyik hálószobában van légkondi. Nagyon meleg volt a szobában, rengeteg a szúnyog. A fürdőszobában a koszos és törött szappantartó csak egy napra való adaggal volt feltöltve. Ócska, mocskos hajszárító. A wifi nagyon gyenge. Pihenni éjszaka nem lehet, éjjel a belső udvar bárjából jövő zaj miatt. A manager egy szörnyen goromba ember, akinek esze ágában sincs segíteni. A reggeli nagyon elgyoldalú és felnőtteknek nem elegendő. Csakis igénytelen embereknek tudjuk ajánlani.
