+: Io e mia figlia siamo stati benissimo...appartamento confortevole e comodissimo leggermente defilato dal traffico ma comunque vicino alla spiaggia di kefalos (una delle più belle) a ristoranti e market...tutto lo staff gentilissimo e sorridente e anche il piccolo Bruno (il cagnolino simpaticissimo dei proprietari) tornassi a KOS riprenoterei in questa struttura 👍🏻

+: My studio apartment was big, it was spotless, the bed was comfy and i had the perfect view for watching the sunrise in the morning. I couldn't fault this place at all. The staff were amazing and friendly and the small dog bruno at reception was a pleasure to see each day.

+: Posizione ottima a Kefalos. Abbiamo scelto di alloggiare qui per essere in una zona più tranquilla, e noleggiato un'auto per girare l'isola.Personale accogliente e disponibile, la camera veniva pulita tutti i giorni (non scontato in un appartamento).
-: Unica piccola pecca il bagno: non finestrato e con ventola non funzionante; la doccia molto bella, spaziosa...ma si allaga un po' tutto il bagno

+: Sehr sauberes, modernes und gut ausgestattetes Studio. Freundliche Vermieter - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nähe zum Strand mit hervorragenden Restaurants (Tipp: Restaurant Syrtaki). Ruhigerer Strandabschnitt als Agios Stefanos Beach mit Sand und kleinen runden Steinen. Supermarket, Bars und Shopping-Möglichkeiten in der Nähe.
-: Leider befindet sich das Haus direkt an der Strasse. Nachts trotzdem ruhig, da die Balkontüre gut schließt.

+: Ambiente come da foto e descrizione Comodo come locazione, vicino a spiaggia a taverne e supermercati. Pulizia ottima. Unica pecca il grande rumore essendo su strada, obbliga la chiusura delle finestre e accensione di aria condizionata
