Tours and prices for holidays at the hotel Aqua Beach Blue Bay Club 4* 2024-2025 Greece, Rhodes (Aegean coast)

+: It is right next to the sea which gives a huge value to the hotel! Cool animation team and cute cats around, which is always fun for kids :)

-: Long waiting lines for drinks or in the slide park. Most of the pools and restaurants look outdated and many times dirty. No airco or not strong enough in the lobby or the main restaurant. The Italian restaurant was a disaster but enjoyed our dinner in the Greek one. Soft drinks and alcohols are very low quality

-: Lage, Sauberkeit, Zimmer, Zustand der gesamten Anlage, Essen

+: Buffet très varié et très bon. Le nombre de piscine et adaptées à tous les âges. À côté de la plage. Aquaparc top avec surveillance rigoureuse. Personnel et groupe d'animation au top surtout pour les petits 🙂Beaucoup d'animations sur place

-: Passage très fréquent des avions, plus qu'on ne pensait.Chambre assez vétuste.

+: Plage privée Beaucoup de piscine Repas différents chaque jours

-: Bruit des avions (on s’y habitue tout de même)

+: לילדים היה כיף

-: מלון מיושן, מתקנים מתפרקים. הזמנו חדר משפחה עם מיזוג בכל חדר, קיבלנו חדר פיצפון עם שני חדרים פנימיים ומזגן רק בחדר אחד. אמרו לנו להתלונן לבוקינג (?). אחרי הרבה משא ומתן הסכימו ל״שדרג״ אותנו לחדר עם שני מזגנים. שילמנו תוספת וקיבלנו חדר עם שני חדרים פנימיים ומזגן מתפקד רק בחדר אחד. בחדר השני היה מזגן שלא עבד. וזה אחרי תשלום תוספת. אחרי אינסוף עצבים מול הקבלה ואחרי 3 ימי שהייה החליפו את המזגן בחדר. מסתבר שזו שיטה שלהם מול כל מי שמזמין חדר משפחה. שימו לב שבכל החדרים שבהם יש שני מזגנים אחד לא מתפקד כי הוא משנות ה70 (עברנו בדרך 4 חדרים- כולם אותו דבר). הידית של הדלת של החדר יצאה מהמקום, במקלחת אין וילון- כל פעם שמתקלחים כל חדר האמבטיה מוצף מים. האוכל תת רמה. הילדים חיו על צ׳יפס שבוע שלם. המסעדות הנוספות (מעבר לחדר האוכל הראשי) מזעזעות. מקבלים ארוחה אחת במסעדה לבחירה (יווניתאיטלקית) ואם רוצים עוד משלמים. אנחנו קיבלנו חינם עוד ארוחות במסעדות כפיצוי וזה היה מתחת לכל ביקורת בנוסף למיליון דבורים שעפות סביב השולחן והצלחות כל הארוחה. הכל כלול זה רק שתיה קלה. על כל דבר נוסף משלמים בנוסף. בקיצור חוויה חד פעמית שלא תחזור.

+: VERY little : 1. We did not receive the number of beds booked until we literally screamed at the staff, who didn't actually care about us- as we booked thru Booking.com, not directly to the resort, so a far as they were concerned - its not their problem. 2. The AC in the room did not work, was unrepairable, and only on the 4th day out of 6 they literally dismantled the entire unit and put in a new one. 3. The refrigerator - needed for medications - did not work. 4. There was no elevator in the building, no assistance was offered with luggage. 5. No indication or signing whatsoever on food if it contained milk products. My grandson is highly allergic to milk, butter, cream - one could not know if the bread contained milk (yes) , scrambled eggs, (yes) baked goods (yes)

-: None of the several swimming pools had any designated time or areas for swimmers who would like to actuallly SWIM , not play on inflatable pool toys. The hours of pool operation - 10- 18 were too short - why not from 0700 when the heat isnt so bad ?? Why no ice machines ? Why no senior discount - its on their website !!! Why no pest control - there were swarms of huge BEES in the open air eating areas - no smokers, no other deterrents, we literally had to run out of the restaurant. Every 7-8 minutes a low flying plane ROARED overhead - 24 hrs a day. No quiet whatsoever. A nightmare !!!

+: La vue de la chambre

-: -L hotel se trouve dans un lieu perdu il n y a strictement rien à faire autour , Rhodes old town est à 20min du l hôtel moyennant 43euros l aller retour en taxi .- Le manque d activité dans l hôtelOn nous a proposé du tennis mais les balles était totalement hs …La diversité des soirées ( en 8 jours nous avons le le droit à 3 soirées bingo … et 3 fois des chanteurs 1 jours off et. Un fakir …-les repas qui sont d une qualité plus que médiocre. , les plats sont sans saveurs … alors oui y a du choix mais que des choses immangeable . Le maïs avait l odeur de javel !!!!Le buffets fait penser à une cantine mais les restaurant de l hôtel il gusto et il musée sont exactement du même standing c est a dire infâme.Toutes les boissons sont mauvaises et sont coupés avec de l eau … je n ai jamais bu un cocktail ou jus de fruit pepsi. Ect aussi degueu .Pour la bière même sentence. Nous avons gouter la même marque de bières servie par l hôtel dans un restaurant à Rhodes pour comparer .. et la bière était bonne ce qui nous a confirmé que la bière de l hôtel était bien coupé !Les chambres sont sans plus nous avons eu une grande chambre mais sans Clim , une seul fonctionnait dans la chambre des enfants mais dans notre chambre nous avions les restes d une vielle Clim usé par le temps qui ne fonctionnait pas du tout .Dans la salle de bain pas de verrou impossible de s enfermer dans la salle de bain pour avoir un peu d’intimité ( les wc était dans la salle de bain )Et quand vous preniez votre douche une bonne partie de l eau et mousse ressortait par le sol …Les horaires de la piscine 10h- 18h nous sommes en vacances 10h c est trop tard pour ouvrir et 18h c est trop tôt une fois que la piscine est fermée ba ont ce fait chier clairement .L incivisme des touristes qui réserve des transat des 7h du mat alors que la piscine n ouvre qu à 10h donc accrochez vous si vous souhaitez un transat.

+: Lo staff, la posizione vicino al mare

-: La pulizia di tutta la struttura e delle camere (in dieci giorni ci hanno cambiato le lenzuola solo dopo aver sollecitato la richiesta e mai pulito i pavimenti di loro spontanea iniziativa), il cibo in generale e la mancanza di snack durante la giornata (con una bambina piccola avere della frutta da poter prendere sarebbe stato molto comodo). Giusto da segnalare (per noi non è stato un problema), è molto vicino all'aeroporto, passano aerei sopra la testa tutto il giorno. Spiaggia con PIETRE GROSSE, non ciottolini.
