+: The property provides breakfast cooked on site (fit for royalty), cleaning, laundry and concierge services, all of which were as good as it gets. The team hosted us as we were their personal guests. I specifically wanted to mention Eugenia the property manager who helped us tremendously with all details of the vacation. starting from planning through execution. She helped with reservation, transportations, maintenance, everything we needed, both for our pre planned activities and add hock changes. The pool and the yard were wonderful.

-: There is nothing we did not like, it really was a perfect vacation. One to remember. Here are a couple of things to be aware of. The property is located in a remote village 10-15 minutes drive from the main city. Too far away for walking and there is no public transportation to speak of, so moving around needs to be planned carefully, especially for larger families. Also, three of the bedrooms are loft rooms with rather narrow staircases, as the only access and with the bathroom and storage downstairs. We had plenty of young people that were very happy with the room, but, it may not be everyone's cup of tea.

+: Eugenia is an exceptional host who goes out of the way to ensure you have a great time with your family and enjoy your vacation. Dora, the housekeeper, ensures you wake up to an exceptional breakfast and in keeping the place clean. The property is top class and has all amenities needed for large families.

+: j’ai particulièrement apprécié les différents espaces à disposition parfaits pour accueillir une grande famille avec enfants ados et adultes

+: Everything from the property to the service was above and beyond. The pool was amazing. The breakfast provided every morning was amazing. The staff were all so friendly and helpful.

-: Location was the only thing I can think was a bit challenging. We rented a car and that was a must because getting anywhere is about a 5-15 minute drive.

+: when we arrived to the villa, Constantinos welcome us directly in the house. he took a very long time to explain us all the Santorini island. he gave us very good advices and thanks to him, we had a very great moment their. He helped also when we needed to rent quad to have the best prices, he called the taxi always when we needed to move, he rent a catamaran for us too for a very nice day that we had there with my friends. Constantinos was amazing with us i never saw a people helping us like that before. regarding the villa, it s absolutely amazing close to downtown with an amazing swimming pool and garden. there are a lot of bedrooms. This week in Santorini was wonderful. Thanks a lot Constantinos!! I recommend this place and Constantinos for 200% i will never forget that
