+: Perfect place for families with children , everything what you need to make them happy. Amazing SPA and lovely girls working there to make you best massage also for kids. Good food . Rooms newly renovated, very comfortable bed in main bedroom , spacious bathroom
-: There is just one unit for air-conditioning. the second room must be open to get cool. Sofa bed is a little bit hard to sleep . The cleaning lady unfortunately didn't make her job at all. We were just 3 days and just changed 2 towels and took rubbish. Bags for bins were left on the floor . Not even swipe the floor. Hope she does when somebody stays longer.

+: Staff had big welcome on arrival and helped take luggage to our room. Pools, water slides and evening entertainment well set up for children’s ages. Spacious areas around pools so not on top of other people . Lovely gardens well maintained. Beach a bonus to have near. Food excellent- a good selection nearly always of hot and cold food. Sunbeds available around pool area, no need to be up very early to secure sunbeds. Bathrooms, restaurants, rooms and all areas clean, and well maintained.
-: The tokenreusable cup return system for drinks is not user friendly for guests. Carrying 5 cups everywhere is a nuisance. Only having 1 room key is difficult for 5 people. One evening at dinner the food was very cold. I spoke with manager and he was concerned and offered us an Italian meal upstairs.
