-: To distinguish between a basic room and deluxe. We went into a basic and it wasn't as it was advertised. It was not nice at all however manager sorted us a new room after the 1st night and that much better.

+: The room with the mini pool is cool and of great value. The finishes inside the room are well done. A shower that lets you see out of the room, overlooking your own pool to the ocean was cool. The staff and the management rushed to get the room ready together, it was a last second reservation on my end.
-: The breakfast was not the greatest. I wish they kept the cold fruits away from the hot lates so they didn’t get warm. I also wish someone helped me with my bags to my room, there are a lot of stairs and elevators in the hotel.

+: Stellios made us feel very welcome and he personally took care that our stay was as pleasant as possible. The hotel has great facilities for kids and the small beach right in front of the hotel is very shallow and calm - also ideal for families with small children.The breakfast was very diverse and fresh and the pool was also refreshing - although we mostly went to the beach. The views from the upper rooms are spectacular and there are even rooms with private pools!

+: Wonderful welcome by Stelios. He gave us some valuable information regarding eating & swimming in Rethymno & also war cemeteries. We had a lovely big balcony overlooking the sea so were very lucky.

+: View was unbelievably beautiful. The beach right in front of the hotel. the room was roomy and comfortable. Was cleaned each day. If too hot for beach there was a lovely pool and sun deck area overlooking the ocean.
-: Time to maybe replace the bath towels. Everything else was perfectly lovely The host was extremely lovely and even offered to drop us off at the main bus station for us to continue on our holiday.
