Located in Stalís, within a few steps of Stalida Beach and a 14-minute walk of Alexander Beach, Ari Beach Hotel by Estia has accommodations with a terrace and free WiFi throughout the property. +: I liked the position of the property, it was very close to the beach. It’s a new property so everything was new and good. They cleaned the room everyday but superficially
-: I didn’t like that I had to pay for the air conditioner 10€ per day, it wasn’t mentioned in the details. Also the AC didn’t work after I payed so they changed our room next day. I had to go at the reception witch is 5 minutes away. Our toilet seat wasn’t fixed and they didn’t do anything about it. We didn’t had shower gel, soap and some cutlery until the 5th day. They didn’t mentioned that the reception was in another hotel 5 minutes away and when we arrived at the property we didn’t know that, nobody answered to the phone and some people from the medical center( is in front of the property) helped us. The man from the hotel (he worked in the restaurant)wasn’t nice to us, he answered in a rude way when I asked why I have to pay for the ac( he said : “because it’s like that”)- I didn’t like his attitude. But the guy from the reception was nice and helped us. The room was cleaned everyday superficially, the towels were changed but the lingerie wasn’t and we stayed 10 days.

-: -climatisation en supplément (10€jour) pas indiquée dans le descriptif de la chambre- pas de bouilloire, contrairement à ce qui est indiqué - une penderie mais pas de cintres - pas de produits de douche- pas de moustiquaire - pas d’information concernant le Check-in et pas de réception ; il faut se rendre dans un autre hôtel pour obtenir les clés de chambre- la porte de l’immeuble reste ouverte à toute heure du jour et de la nuit, cela engendre des nuisances sonores (engins motorisés)
