-: The only thing and this is extremely minor as everything was exceptional is that there were a great selection of pans but no cooker and lots of cups and saucers but no kettle so couldn’t make a cup of tea - the owners were so lovely I’m sure they would have provided one if I’d have asked - but it was such a short stay and there was a coffee maker instead :)

-: Стаята имаше само един прозорец, който не се отваря, няма комарници. Силна неприятна и тежка миризма на пържено от ресторанта в стаята, оказа се, че прозореца на банята води към кухнята на ресторанта. Топла вода има само през деня. Вечер и сутрин рано водата в банята е само студена. Не препоръчвам.

-: Reception sempre assente, dovevamo cercare noi la signora all interno del ristorante (che a sua volta si trova nella struttura) quando avevamo bisogno. La pulizia pessima e assente visto che in 10 giorni hanno solo cambiato lenzuola (sempre sporche addirittura avevo una col segno di un bacio col rossetto) e asciugamani 2 volte. Mai visto un hotel così gestito male. Per entrare nel parcheggio a stento nella curva ci entrava la panda quindi se qualcuno avesse un auto più grande sarebbe veramente un problema, inoltre, il parcheggio si trova su una salita molto pesante da fare a piedi. Nel parcheggio ci sono posti NON assegnati ma se parcheggi vicino alla struttura dove i lavoratori del hotel parcheggiano abitualmente per non camminare molto poi loro ti parcheggiano davanti rischiando di farti rompere l’auto poi quando devi uscire e poi ti dicono che lì non si puó parcheggiare perchè è privato (cosa assolutamente non vera). Acqua calda che non sempre usciva e tra l’altro l’acqua in generale puzzava.
