-: Frukosten var under all kritik. Vad vinner hotellet på att servera en så dålig frukost?

+: Lo único que me gustó fue la ubicación del hotel, está cerca de los restaurantes del paseo marítimo.

-: Cuando llegamos a nuestra habitación la puerta estaba abierta (cerrada pero sin echar la llave), no podíamos abrir las ventajas de la terraza porque estaba prohibido (tenía un cartel de prohibido abrir), las ventajas NO tenían persiana por lo que la luz te despierta muy temprano y además no aislan el ruido por lo que estás toda la noche escuchando los coches que pasan por la calle principal. La lámpara de la mesa no funcionaba, la habitación no contaba con muchos enchufes... Nuestra estancia no fue nada agradable. En el check-out tuvimos problemas y mucha confusión porque supuestamente Booking nos había cobrado la mitad del alojamiento 15 días antes pero no era así.... estuvimos un rato solucionándolo pero nos fuimos descontentos.

+: The view from the room was amazing we was in 402 we upgraded the best view we have ever had in crete over the ten years we have been coming to crete. The location is central to everything

-: There was nothing we didn't like.

+: Location is very good. Breakfast also fine. And if you get the room with sea views.. That is really amazing!
