Tours and prices for holidays at the hotel Armeni Villas 5* 2024-2025 Greece, Santorini Island

+: The staff is very nice and hospitable. The view from the patio is nice.

-: The facilities are in the thick of OIA w crowds and treacherous steps down the cliff to reach your room. It is dangerous and difficult. All bathrooms had mold in showers dirty floors. The AC didn’t work. The shower head in one villa fell out of the ceiling. The pool left a white caked film on our skin that was difficult to wash off. If you try to leave before sunset you have to be careful and not get knocked down the narrow steep cobblestone steps by all the cruise tourists taking the iconic Instagram photos. I would have liked to have been more aware of how difficult it is to access and would have made a different choice, particularly for the money.

+: La ubicación es genial al lado de las cúpulas. La terraza está bien también para sentarse a ver cómo se iluminan las casas pero desde allí no llega a verse el atardecer. La habitación es muy grande y práctica

-: La habitación tenía jacuzzi interior pero no funciona, la primera tarde le dabas y sólo duraba 30 segundos encendido, en cambio a la mañana siguiente ni siquiera se prendía, por lo que nos quedamos sin poder utilizarlo. Cuando se lo dijimos a la chica sólo dijo “ok”, igual que cuando le dijimos que no teníamos que pagar los 10 e de impuesto medioambiental que nos pedían en efectivo, dijo “ok, fue un error”, pero parece ser una práctica habitual y si cuela…en general nos sentimos un poco defraudados para lo que pagamos y la ilusión que teníamos. El desayuno normal, sin más, eso sí, te lo traen a la habitación (un cuarto de hora más tarde de lo que habíamos pedido)

-: Hot tub was dirty could have done with a clean couple of stains, also a black oil looking stain on the floor outside.

+: We stayed at the Ambassador Villa with private pool. It's an EXCELLENT villa, spacious and well equipped. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Many options to choose for breakfast that they bring to the villa at whatever time we want. There are free public parking lots near the hotel, where staff came to help us with our luggage as to get to the villa we needed to go down several steps. Ms. Stavi is super lovely and helped us with all our questions before we even arrived at the hotel. She also helped us with the rental of the car that was waiting for us at the port upon arrival of our ferry. The location of the hotel is very close to the "main photos spots of Oia", however with no view of the sunrise or sunset. I would definitely recommend staying at this villa.

-: Unfortunately the water in the pool is not heated, so we couldn't use it as we didn't go in a very hot season. The WiFi connection in the rooms does not work due to the construction of the villa, which I believe is a general problem and not just for this hotel. However, the WiFi worked normally in the living room and on the balcony.
