+: Room and bathroom was really clean & beds and pillows super comfortable. Big balcony and everything is well equipped. We loved the stay and can highly recommend it. Stuff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and you have a lot to choose for good money. Loutra is a nice and quiet location with bars, beaches and restaurants. Everything you need is nearby. When coming back to Loutra we’ll definitely choose Artemis Plaza again.

-: There is nothing we didn’t like but when we have to find something than that there are different apartments and maybe the ones at the street in the first floor aren’t that quiet but we had one in the back and upper floor so it was perfect!

+: Odamda kahvaltı ettim, otel kahvalatısını satın almadım. Otelin konumu mükemmel. İnternet problemi giderilmiş. Otopark alanı, otların temizlenmesi sayesinde genişlemiş.

-: Duş alırken su giderinden köpük çıkması ve banyonun ıslanması problemini hala çözememişler. Yıllardır bu otelde konaklıyorum. Bu sorun hala çözülemedi.

+: Locație foarte curata, camera mare.S-a făcut curățenie în fiecare zi, s-au schimbat prosoapele și lenjeria. Personalul de la recepție foarte drăguță.

-: Deși micul dejun se servea începând cu ora 8, nu erau gata la timp. Din camera lipsește o tigaie. În camera noastră mirosea foarte tare a tutun.

+: Все було чудово, розташування, комфортні номери, ми були з дитиною 9 років проживання для нього було безкоштовно, були смачні сніданки 8 € з а одну людину, але не було різноманітності кожного дня було одне і те саме, але ще один плюс дитині сніданки були безкоштовні!!!! 👌

-: В останні два дні були проблеми з інтернетом.....

+: Located in a small village, 10 min walk to a pebbles beach (not impressive) and several restaurants (few options to choose from in respect to the restaurants) .. The hotel is very nice, pretty new, clean, comfortable. The one bedroom apartment is large enough for a family of four members, has a kitchenette, plates, cups, glasses, a large pot, cutlery, a kettle. A pan would be useful but it's missing. . Rooms have large terraces..They clean the room and change the towels every second or third day, which was fine for us. They also offer a basic but decent breakfast that costs 8 euradult and 5 eur for kids above 7. We have enjoyed a relaxing holiday here. Nothing relevant to conplain about.

-: A pan would be useful, in the kitchenette. We have also missed a toothbrush holder.Nothing else to complain about in respect of the hotel.

+: Curatenie in camere in fiecare zi, schimbare așternut, prosoape la 2 zile.Micul dejun se achita, dar e bun, 8€ maturii, 5 - copiii. Dacă il dorești.E liniște, fără disko și manele :))Personal excelent!
