-: Les lieux ne sont entretenus, de la saleté partout autour de la piscine dans la piscine , dans l’établissement, dans la chambre, les joints de la salle de bain moisis, salle de bain et mobilier vétuste, dommage car l’emplacement est idéal

+: The pool and the views, breakfast was simple and enough.

-: My room had long dark hair on the floor, including clumps on the wall of the shower. The bed was very worn (tilted down so your legs were raised and the middle was sunk) the toilet seat was also broken.

+: Really well stocked breakfast with a variety of foods and fresh fruit, fresh fruit was also provided in our fridge in our room when we arrived! Staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. The pool was the highlight of our stay with beautiful views. There were always beds available no matter what time we went to the pool, even when they were fully booked. The bathrooms were of good standard, and looked freshly painted. Bed was comfy, particularly the pillows! Air con was perfect in the hot month of August. We were glad that we booked the room without the pool view, our balcony would get the sunset and would remain cool in the shade during the morning and afternoon. Plenty of parking if you’re renting a car!

-: The rooms aren’t soundproof - and it can be quite noisy at night with people returning to their rooms. We weren’t able to get access to an iron and they did not have an ironing board. I would strongly recommend renting a car, the hotel is far away from everything, but definitely worth it for the beautiful view by the pool in my opinion, most people recommend renting a car anyway to explore the island!

+: Il est difficile de noter cet hôtel car il y a du très bien et du vraiment pas terrible ! Pour le très bien, la vue si vous avez une chambre vue mer (ce qui était notre cas, le top !), la magnifique piscine à débordement avec vue sur Zakynthos, le confort global de la chambre, le système de navettes pour nous qui n'étions pas motorisés, le petit déjeuner, prix raisonnables pour le menu à la carte (mais pas beaucoup de choix), le rapport qualitéprix reste bon.

-: Pour le moins bien, l'hôtel souffre d'un gros problème d'organisation : erreur sur le numéro de notre chambre (la première était occupée), pas de réponse pour la réservation de la navette lors de l'arrivée, pour l'aéroport le chauffeur n'était pas là et l'hôtel a du appeler un taxi (heureusement nous avions de la marge !), la boisson de bienvenue : un café ! (autant ne rien offrir), une partie du personnel semble largement dépassé par les évènements même s'ils sont gentils, l'hôtel est assez isolé sur sa colline, la literie est dure sans être inconfortable mais cela pourra gêner les personnes sensibles du dos Bref j'y retournerai si j'ai l'occasion car la vue est vraiment magnifique mais seulement si j'ai une chambre vue sur la mer ! Une personne avertie en vaut deux ...

+: L’albergo è molto elegante con una accogliente hall, al primo piano c’è il bar ristorante anche come una terrazza con i tavoli che godono di una vista sia sulla città di Zante che sulla grande piscina fornita di lettini ed ombrelloni. La colazione è una vera colazione intercontinentale, che soddisfa tutti i desideri della clientela. Al ristorante si magia molto bene.Inoltre l’albergo ha un’ottima posizione, perché dista solo 2 km dal centro, 15 minuti dall’aeroporto, ma ha la giusta distanza dal caos e dalla folla, perché situato in collina, per questo la vista è allietata da un panorama fantastico.
