This recently refurbished, 3-star hotel is conveniently located in Platanias, Crete΄s most well-known seaside village, 100 m from a sandy beach and 3.1 mi from the historic city of Rethymno. Greek breakfast is served in the morning.

+: The staff at this hotel are the best ever! Always ready to help and super friendly! I'll be back there in no time! In the centre close to everything! The matress is 1010! Loved it! Amazing staff! Amazing owners! My son had an epileptic fit and they were on the spot to help call the docters! I'm.forever gratefull! Geart view! Huge balcony! Loved it

-: If I need to nitpick is the the bath is a bit uncomfortable, but it's a drop in the ocean compairing to the rest of the stay!

+: La piscine était agreableLa réactivité suite à notre demande de changement de chambre

-: L'hôtel est très vieillot et mériterait une rénovation totaleLa chambre attribuée à l'origine était minuscule et ne correspondait nullement à la réservation effectuée (chambre 426)On nous a attribué une autre chambre après avoir réclamé : celle ci était plus spacieuse mais toujours aussi vieillotte (mobilier désuet, le lit grinçait, un volet de fenêtre Hs impossible à fermer, baignoire minuscule à sabot !, pas de canapé comme annoncé dans le descriptif booking mais un 2eme lit...)
