-: The receptionist Aleksandr is often not on his working place at reception, he drinks beer at the bar in the afternoons, he is not very helpful and seems to be always in the bad mood. Food at the restaurant seems to be going in circles. What was left from lunch they will put it out for dinner and what was left from dinner they will put it out for lunch the next day, breakfast is ok but not a very good choice. Shower need to be run between 5-10 minutes to get hot water. We stayed for 3 nights and nobody ever came to clean the room. Drinks at the bar is simple. Beer and wine. Would definitely not come back and would not recommend to anyone.

+: Bali ist eine kleine schöne Ecke. Der Strand war gut und ohne Kieselsteine.

-: Das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten uns ein modernes Zimmer vorgestellt aber haben ein altes bekommen ohne Nachttischlampen. An der Wand waren irgendwelche Flecken. Im Bad war keine Abstellmöglichen für Kosmetik. Wenn man eine Gehbehindern hat ist es schwierig dort umher zu laufen weil überall Stufen sind und es sehr steil bergab oder bergauf ging.

+: przyjemny hotel, mila obsługa.

-: Wykupiliśmy opcję all inclusive, to decydowało o wyborze hotelu. Niestety, okazało się ze po godz 22.00 musimy płacić za napoje. to wg mnie nie jest all inclusive i czułam się oszukana. dodam, że hotel był oddalony od restauracji i barów. Poza tym jakość serwowanych napojów była bardo niska. basen czynny tylko do 19! ani razu nie mogliśmy z niego skorzystać, bo chyba nikt nie siedzi w ciągu dnia w hotelu oddalonym pół kilometra od plaży. sprzątanie pokoi bardzo powierzchowne. łazienka po sprzątaniu okropnie śmierdziała i resztki nieczystości były na podłodze, bo obsługa wylała pod prysznic brudna wodę z wiadra i nawet nie spłukali tego
